Feedback is a very powerful and Effective way to analyze:

• Whether or not students/teachers are achieving their goals
• What are they supposed to be achieving in their role i.e. why their role exists
• Whether they are currently doing well and what areas require improvement
• Mechanisms for improvement through suggestions and opinions.

Here are the following ways of receiving feedbacks in our institute:

During every Semester end, students are asked to give their feedback for the Course, Curriculum, and Subject wise Teacher feedback. Teachers are also asked to give their Curriculum feedbacks. Following diagram illustrates the same.
